About the Role

We are hiring a Client Services & Sales Associate for a premium fitness and wellness studio in Mumbai. The role involves managing front desk operations, providing high-quality customer service, assisting clients with memberships and class packages, and contributing to studio sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations and client check-ins.
• Deliver excellent customer service and concierge support.
• Guide clients in selecting suitable class packages and retail products.
• Maintain studio presentation and uphold service standards.
• Coordinate with instructors and other team members.
• Assist in training new hires when required.
• Contribute to sales targets and overall revenue growth.

Candidate Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in customer service or sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Interest in fitness and wellness.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Availability to work six days a week, including weekends, early mornings, evenings and holidays.
