Workfall is a new-age premium talent tech platform, looking for a skilled Sales Tele-caller Executive with 1-2+ years of relevant experience in the IT software industry. The ideal candidate will be working closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions and schedule product demos/meetings to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
● Make outbound calls to potential clients.
● Pitch ERP solutions effectively.
● Convince and engage prospects to schedule demos/meetings.
● Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups.
● Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with solutions
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
● 1–2 years of experience in IT sales, preferably with ERP solutions (Microsoft Dynamics or similar).
● Strong and confident communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Hindi
● Proven ability in lead generation, cold calling, and client engagement.
● Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
● Good knowledge of LinkedIn for professional networking and lead generation.
● Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have:
● Prior experience in ERP telecalling or inside sales.
● Creativity in sales approaches and time-management abilities.
● Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
