Client Services Representative

Hiring: Client Servicing Executive (Ahmedabad)

We're looking for an on-ground resource based in Ahmedabad to work closely with one of our clients.

Location: Ahmedabad

Salary: ₹25,000–30,000/month

Role & Responsibilities:

* Coordinate between the client and our internal team on a day-to-day basis.

* Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively.

* Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely execution of deliverables.

* Visit client stores regularly for meetings, content shoots and coordination.

* Shoot social media content and behind-the-scenes (BTS) footage using a smartphone.

* Edit reels and short-form content for social media.

* Ensure smooth execution of campaigns, timelines and follow-ups.

Requirements:

* Based in Ahmedabad.

* Fluent in Gujarati, with strong familiarity with rural Gujarati dialects and the ability to communicate confidently across urban and rural audiences.

* Excellent communication and coordination skills.

* Comfortable travelling to stores and managing on-ground activities independently.

* Basic mobile videography and reel editing skills.

* Prior experience in client servicing, content creation or social media is preferred.
