Whitespace Brand Consulting is a Bengaluru-based brand consulting and marketing agency specializing in brand strategy, digital marketing, creative communication, and integrated brand solutions. We partner with clients across diverse industries to build meaningful brands, drive business growth, and create impactful consumer experiences.

We are seeking a proactive, client-focused, and highly organized Client Service Manager to serve as the key liaison between our clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless project execution and exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the agency, fostering strong and long-term relationships.

* Understand client business objectives, brand positioning, marketing challenges, and growth opportunities.

* Conduct comprehensive research on client industries, products, services, competitors, and target audiences to support strategic recommendations.

* Lead client meetings, gather project briefs, and translate business requirements into actionable agency deliverables.

* Prepare and present proposals, campaign plans, and strategic recommendations for client approval.

* Collaborate closely with internal teams including Strategy, Creative, Content, Design, and Digital Marketing to ensure effective execution of projects.

* Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets while ensuring quality standards are consistently maintained.

* Monitor ongoing campaigns and provide clients with regular updates, reports, and performance insights.

* Identify opportunities for business growth, cross-selling, and strengthening client partnerships.

* Ensure all projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.

Required Skills & Competencies

* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills.

* Strong organizational and project management capabilities with exceptional attention to detail.

* Ability to analyze and synthesize large volumes of information quickly and effectively.

* Confident presenter with the ability to articulate ideas and recommendations persuasively.

* Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

* Highly adaptable, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

* Professional, diplomatic, and client-centric approach.

* Positive attitude with a collaborative and solution-oriented mindset.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools is preferred.

Qualifications & Experience

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

* 1–3 years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, Marketing, Advertising, Branding, or Digital Marketing.

* Prior experience in an advertising agency, branding consultancy, or digital marketing agency will be a significant advantage.

* Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.
