Job Title: Account Manager

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Account Manager / Project Manager with a strong background in handling automobile or auto-category brands. This role sits at the intersection of clients, creative teams, and production, ensuring campaigns are executed seamlessly while maintaining high creative standards.

You will own day-to-day client relationships, manage integrated campaigns from brief to delivery, and contribute meaningful creative and strategic inputs throughout the process.

This is not just a coordination role — we're looking for someone who understands branding, communication, and campaign execution within the automobile industry, and can confidently participate in creative discussions, client presentations, and production planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end execution of campaigns, films, launches, digital assets, and brand projects for automobile clients
  • Build and maintain strong day-to-day relationships with clients through proactive communication and strategic thinking
  • Understand client briefs deeply and translate them into actionable inputs for creative, strategy, digital, and production teams
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners including production houses, photographers, influencers, media agencies, and vendors
  • Participate actively in creative reviews and provide constructive feedback on concepts, scripts, designs, and campaign direction
  • Ensure timelines, budgets, deliverables, and project scopes are tracked efficiently
  • Anticipate risks, manage expectations, and prevent last-minute escalations
  • Present campaign ideas and deliverables confidently to clients while ensuring alignment with brand objectives
  • Stay updated on automobile industry trends, launches, competitor campaigns, and consumer insights

What We're Looking For

  • 2–5 years of experience in an advertising, digital, or creative agency
  • Prior experience managing automobile or auto-category brands is mandatory
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing campaigns, production workflows, and brand communication
  • Excellent project management and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining attention to detail
  • A proactive mindset with the confidence to challenge ideas constructively when needed
  • Strong creative judgment and understanding of what makes campaigns effective

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to production shoots, TVCs, digital campaigns, influencer collaborations, or performance marketing campaigns
  • Background in strategy, copywriting, design, or production is a plus
  • Ability to independently manage fast-paced client accounts
