Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Client Services Representative role based in Chennai. The Client Services Representative will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, managing expectations, and ensuring timely resolution of requests and issues. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal design, operations, and finance teams to support project delivery, preparing client-facing documentation, and tracking project status. The role involves maintaining accurate records of client interactions, following up on feedback, and helping to improve service processes to enhance client satisfaction. The Client Services Representative will also support billing and basic finance-related queries, assist in scheduling meetings and reviews, and contribute to a professional, responsive client experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong client-facing skills, including experience in Client Services and Customer Service, with a focus on relationship building and retention.
  • Excellent verbal and written Communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
  • Proven ability to support Customer Satisfaction initiatives, handle feedback constructively, and manage issue resolution with empathy and professionalism.
  • Basic understanding of Finance concepts related to invoicing, billing follow-up, and coordination with internal finance teams.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accurate documentation.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with common office productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM or ticketing systems).
  • Prior experience in design, architecture, lighting, or related industries is beneficial but not required.
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Communications, or a related field preferred.
