Client services project coordinator

Experience: 3–5 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with experience in data processing, cyber notification, data breach response, claims administration, legal services, project operations, or client services.

Key Responsibilities

• Process, validate, reconcile, and analyze large datasets.
• Prepare reports, processing instructions, SOPs, and business requirements.
• Work extensively with Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Handle Excel, CSV, delimited, and fixed-width files.
• Manage multiple projects and coordinate with technical, operational, and client teams.
• Maintain accuracy while handling confidential and sensitive information.
• Support client reporting, escalations, and operational activities.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years relevant experience
• Strong Microsoft Excel and data processing skills.
• Data validation, reconciliation, filtering, sorting, and formulas.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Experience with CRM/ERP/case management systems such as Salesforce or SAP.

Preferred

• Cybersecurity / Data Breach experience.
• PII/PHI and data privacy knowledge.
• SQL, databases, reporting or data visualization.
• Call center, claims, legal notification, or identity protection experience.
