Description
We are seeking a Client Services professional to join our client dynamic team in Pune, India. This role involves providing exceptional support to our clients in the eFX/FX space, ensuring their needs are met and fostering strong relationships.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Manage client accounts, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.
Assist clients with product-related questions, providing thorough and accurate information.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Prepare and present reports on client feedback, service delivery, and performance metrics.
Identify opportunities for upselling additional products and services to existing clients.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years experience in FX e-trading client support.
Proficiency with Linux servers and commands, Shell Scripting, Python is a good to have.
Practical experience and understanding of the FIX protocol.
Detail-oriented with a client-first mindset.
Ability to tailor communication styles to diverse audiences, combining technical expertise with business acumen.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing incidents effectively under pressure.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing high-profile, tier-1 clients and business-critical applications.
Strong aptitude for understanding and addressing client needs, resolving workflow challenges efficiently.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong understanding of foreign exchange (FX) and electronic foreign exchange (EFX) markets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Ability to analyse data and prepare reports for stakeholders.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
