The Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Servicing Executive to manage and nurture client relationships while ensuring smooth execution of digital marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
This role involves managing client communication, campaign coordination, reporting, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction across digital marketing services including SEO, Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, ORM, and Online Campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and build strong, long-term relationships.
- Understand client business objectives, marketing goals, and brand positioning.
- Manage day-to-day client communication including project updates, timelines, feedback, and approvals.
- Address client queries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive servicing and regular engagement.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling of services.
Campaign Coordination & Execution
- Coordinate with internal teams including Creative, Content, Design, Media, and Development for smooth execution of campaigns.
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media and other digital media platform
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards.
- Drive the development of social media calendars and campaign plans with creative and copy teams.
- Monitor campaign progress, deliverables, and client expectations regularly.
- Support brainstorming and ideation sessions with fresh campaign and content ideas.
Social Media & ORM Coordination
- Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content across social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
- Monitor audience engagement, comments, reviews, DMs, and brand mention across digital platforms.
- Coordinate with the ORM team to ensure timely and brand-aligned responses to customer queries, complaints, feedback, and online reviews across digital platforms.
- Maintain consistency in brand tone, voice, and communication across all platforms.
- Identify and escalate sensitive conversations or issues to relevant stakeholders for resolution.
Reporting & Analysis
- Track campaign performance metrics including engagement, reach, response time, sentiment, and lead generation.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Maintain MIS reports and ensure accurate project documentation.
- Share campaign performance updates and strategic recommendations with clients.
Business Development Support
- Support lead nurturing by managing initial communication and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales team to identify opportunities for account expansion.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and review discussions as required.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, or Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including Social Media, & other digital platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.
- Active understanding of social media trends and digital platforms.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, AI tools and other reporting tools (Notion/Slack/Zoho) is preferred.

Salary: Rs. 40,000 - Rs. 50,000 per month
