Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Services Intern, located in Gurugram. In this role, you will assist with ensuring excellent customer service, managing client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to provide solutions that drive client satisfaction. You will contribute to client interactions, support administrative tasks related to client services, assist with financial documentation, and play an active role in helping the team meet its operational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Client Services and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Strong verbal and written Communication skills for effective interactions
- Customer Service experience, with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Basic knowledge of Finance to assist in tasks like invoicing, financial reports, and budgeting
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site, team-oriented environment
- An eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory
