Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day activities and coordination.
• Prepare and share creative briefs with internal teams (design, content, etc.).
• Work closely with the Dubai team to track and execute ongoing campaigns.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and deliveries from internal teams.
• Monitor campaign progress, flag issues, and provide status updates.
• Handle campaign requirements that involve quick turnaround timelines.
• Handle Social media postings
• Research and develop social media ideas for campaigns
• Participate in internal brainstorm sessions

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• A good understanding of working on fast-paced campaigns with quick turnaround timelines
• The ability to generate briefs, coordinate across teams, and ensure timely deliveries from design and

other departments

• Flexible to work with Dubai working hours.

Job Type: Full-time (on-site)
