Client Services Executive

Qualification:

Candidates with Pune location will be preferred.

Graduate/Postgraduate in Mass Communication or Journalism

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships; act as the main point of contact for all client communication.

Project Coordination: Understand client briefs and communicate requirements clearly to internal teams including creative, digital, and production departments.

Campaign Management: Oversee execution of digital marketing campaigns, branding projects, and packaging design initiatives. Ensure timely delivery and quality output.

Strategic Input: Provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and branding strategies to add value to client projects.

Presentation & Reporting:

Prepare and deliver presentations, status reports, timelines, and performance metrics for client reviews.

Follow-ups & Documentation:

Handle timely follow-ups on approvals, feedback, payments, and ensure all project documentation is maintained properly.

Requirements:

13 years of proven experience in a client servicing role at an advertising or digital marketing agency.

Strong knowledge of branding, packaging design, and digital marketing concepts.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts.

Ability to understand creative briefs and coordinate effectively between teams.

Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and basic understanding of digital platforms

Qualification: Only Graduate/Postgraduate in Mass Communication or Journalism
