With a passion for managing and supporting various fund operations initiatives, you'll work closely with senior members of the Business and Finance teams to deliver high quality client services.
You'll be responsible for managing the reporting on requests for information, utilise central data to respond to these queries. You'll also be required to manage the investor inbox and will use your judgement to determine how to best respond to client requests using available data and pre-approved system responses. You'll be responsible for identifying and escalating questions that need to be answered by the Fund and Asset teams, as well as managing the appropriate documentation of these questions in our system.
You'll also be responsible for ensuring e-mail queries are resolved through first in, first out approach or as per defined scope of work and getting assigned tasks completed within TAT with zero escalation. You'll be responsible for client communication, review and timely response and effective/accurate reporting of key metrics. You'll also be providing timely updates to internal stakeholders and onshore counterparts and also driving process improvement and efficiencies
To be successful in this role you will have a degree qualification in finance, accounting or business administration with 4+ years of post-qualification experience in the financial services industry, as well as product knowledge of financial instruments and products including investment funds.
You'll demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and will have proven experience in managing multiple stakeholders in different regions. You'll also demonstrate excellent Excel, PowerPoint and word processing skills
