Client Services Executive

We are hiring at Elatre.

Role: US Sales & Client Services Executive  

Location: Perungudi, Chennai  

Shift: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM  

Working Days: Monday to Saturday  

Experience: 1 to 4 years preferred  

Interview: Direct interview at our Perungudi office is mandatory  

Joining: Immediate or early joiners preferred

We are looking for a smart, confident, and responsible person to handle US sales support, client communication, lead follow-ups, proposal coordination, and client service tasks for Elatre.

This role is suitable for someone who can speak clearly, write professionally, follow up without reminders, and handle clients with patience and confidence.

Key responsibilities include:

• Handling inbound and outbound sales communication  

• Following up with leads and potential clients  

• Coordinating calls, meetings, proposals, and next steps  

• Supporting US clients with project updates and service-related communication  

• Maintaining CRM records, follow-up notes, and client details  

• Understanding client requirements and coordinating internally with the team  

• Supporting proposal preparation and service presentations  

• Making sure client communication is clear, timely, and professional  

• Helping improve client satisfaction and response quality  

• Supporting the sales team with daily business development activities

Basic requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills  

• Good confidence in speaking with US clients  

• Experience in sales, client service, customer support, or business communication  

• Basic understanding of digital marketing, websites, SEO, or IT services is preferred  

• Good follow-up discipline and documentation skills  

• Should be organised, responsible, and comfortable speaking to clients  

• Should be able to work independently and take ownership
