Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Client Services Executive role based in the Pune Division. The Client Services Executive will manage day-to-day client interactions, respond to inquiries, and ensure timely resolution of client issues and requests. The role involves understanding client requirements, coordinating with internal teams (marketing, design, technology, and development), and overseeing the delivery of agreed solutions and services. The position requires tracking project progress, preparing status reports, and maintaining clear communication to align expectations and timelines. The Client Services Executive will also gather client feedback, identify opportunities to enhance satisfaction, and support account growth through proactive relationship management and service improvements.

Qualifications

  • Strong Client Services and Client Relations skills to manage day-to-day interactions and ensure a positive client experience.
  • Proficiency in Business Relationship Management to build long-term partnerships and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  • Focus on Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to collect feedback, manage expectations, and drive service improvements.
  • Solid Analytical Skills to understand client requirements, interpret data or reports, and support decision-making.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in marketing, design, and technology.
  • Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in client servicing, account management, or customer-facing roles in marketing, IT, or digital agencies is an advantage.
