We are seeking a full-time Client Services Associate to join our team on-site in Gurugram. The role involves managing client relationships, providing top-tier support, and serving as a key point of contact for existing and prospective clients. The Client Services Associate will also assist in resolving customer inquiries, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and accurately. Collaboration with internal teams to address client requirements and contribute to overall organizational success is a key component of this role.

• Excellent Client Services and Customer Support skills to build and maintain positive client relationships
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to address client needs effectively and professionally
• Basic understanding of Finance to handle client transactions or process-related tasks
• Proven ability to thrive in team settings and a fast-paced on-site work environment
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in account management or client-facing roles is an advantage
