We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client and Sales Manager with 2-3 years of experience in media services to join our growing team. This role will focus on servicing existing clients to ensure consistent revenue growth with them, and wining new clients consistently through successful lead generation to pitching to closing sales cycles.
Responsibilities:
- Engaging with existing client stakeholders to understand client needs, project briefs, roadmaps and feedbacks
- Collaborating with directors to ensure successful and timely delivery of all client projects
- Managing client expectations and timely communications ,
- Identifying future opportunities and pitching new ideas to create client growth
- Successfully generating prospective leads through multiple channels
- Researching the businesses of prospective leads and building engaging custom pitches
- Maintain proactive communication and engagement with leads
- Successfully converting interested leads into clients through excellent pitches, negotiations and deal closures
Skills and Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of proven sales and client servicing experience in media services.
- Demonstrated success in achieving growth with existing clients
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
- Knowledge of the animation and ad industry
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Fine Prints :
- Compensation: 6-9 lakhs per annum
- Work Hours: 9AM - 6PM
- Location: Remote
- Start Date: Immediate
- Probation period : 2 months
