Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Service Executive located in Coimbatore. The Client Service Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, fostering strong business relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing client inquiries. Responsibilities also include analyzing client data to enhance service delivery and implementing strategies to maintain and grow the client base.

Qualifications

• Skills in Client Services, Client Relations, and Customer Satisfaction
• Strong expertise in Business Relationship Management
• Proficient Analytical Skills to interpret and utilize client data effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Relevant experience in the textile or school-wear industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
