Position Title:Client Service ExecutiveDepartment:Client Success / Customer ExperienceLocation:RemoteShift:US ShiftExperience:2 4 Years (BPO / Client Handling / Customer Support)Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and client-centric Client Service Executivewho can build strong relationships with customers and ensure seamless service delivery. This role goes beyond basic support it focuses on client engagement, retention, and experience enhancement.
Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary point of contactfor assigned clients/customers
Handle client queries via calls, emails, and chats with a solution-oriented approach
Build and maintain long-term relationshipswith clients
Understand client needs and provide personalized support and recommendations
Ensure timely resolution of issues while maintaining high service standards
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, sales, tech) for quick resolutions
Track and manage client interactions using CRM tools
Identify opportunities for upselling / cross-selling(if applicable)
Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention
Required Skills & Qualifications24 years of experience in BPO / Customer Support / Client Servicing roles
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
Ability to handle demanding clients with professionalism
Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
Comfortable working in fast-paced and target-driven environments
Preferred SkillsExperience in international client handling
Exposure to voice + email + chat support
Sales or upselling experience is an added advantage
Prior experience in client success / account management roles
