Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Client Support Executive to manage Client interactions and ensure a smooth support experience. The ideal candidate should have experience handling client queries through calls, emails, and chats while maintaining high service standards and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
· Handle Client queries and concerns via calls, emails, and chat support
· Provide timely and accurate resolutions to customer issues
· Maintain a professional and empathetic approach while interacting with clients
· Escalate complex issues to the concerned internal teams when required
· Follow up with Clients to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction
· Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions in CRM/tools
· Coordinate with internal teams for faster query resolution
· Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and process guidelines
· Deliver excellent Client experience in every interaction
· 2–4 years of experience in Customer Support / BPO / International Voice Process
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Ability to work in a fast-paced support environment
· Good listening and interpersonal skills
· knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
· Comfortable working in rotational/US shifts
Preferred Skills
· Experience in voice, email, and chat support
· Prior experience handling international customers
· Strong issue-resolution and multitasking skills
