Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Service Executive based in Chennai. The Client Service Executive will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing client relationships, managing client expectations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Core tasks include addressing client needs, fostering business relationships, analyzing client feedback, and supporting the execution of marketing projects to meet objectives. Collaboration with internal teams and a client-focused approach are integral to this role.
