About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Lead – Client Service Delivery & Talent Delivery to manage end-to-end staffing operations for key enterprise accounts. This role sits at the intersection of client relationship management and recruiting execution — owning delivery outcomes while leading a team of recruiters and coordinators.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day talent delivery operations across assigned client accounts, ensuring SLA and fill-rate targets are consistently met
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders on all service delivery matters — escalations, pipeline updates, and performance reviews
• Coordinate and manage full-cycle recruitment
• Drive team performance by setting daily/weekly goals, conducting pipeline reviews, and coaching junior recruiters
• Partner with Account Managers and Program Managers to align delivery strategy with client workforce plans
• Track and report on key delivery metrics: time-to-fill, submittal-to-interview ratio, offer acceptance rate, and headcount targets
• Manage vendor and MSP/VMS relationships where applicable (Fieldglass, Beeline, Workday)
• Ensure compliance with client-specific onboarding, background check, and documentation requirements

Required Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in IT staffing, RPO, or managed services delivery
• 1–2 years in a team lead, senior coordinator, or supervisory capacity
• Hands-on experience managing requisitions across technology skill sets (software engineering, data, cloud, infrastructure)
• Proficiency with ATS platforms
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to manage high-volume requisition loads under tight timelines

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience at IT staffing firms such as Akkodis, Dexian, TEKsystems, Apex Systems, Collabera, or similar
• Exposure to MSP/RPO delivery models
• Familiarity with US staffing compliance (W2, C2C, right-to-work)
