As an Onboarding Support Associate in Global Client Service within Client Onboarding and Service, you provide end-to-end ownership of sensitive client onboarding and integration readiness through go-live and early-life monitoring. You partner closely with client-facing teams and internal delivery groups to scope implementations, surface risks early, and support pre go-live testing and setup accuracy. You use operational expertise and metrics to improve straight through processing outcomes and deliver a consistently inclusive, high-quality client experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with implementation and coverage teams to scope onboarding needs and proactively identify go-live risks and dependencies
  • Attend client discussions to understand requirements and provide input into solution design and execution plans
  • Guide top-tier and sensitive deals from pre-onboarding through post go-live monitoring as the single point of contact during the integration journey
  • Coordinate across operations, technology, and related teams to confirm setup accuracy and client readiness ahead of go-live
  • Validate pre go-live testing by monitoring end-to-end transactions and confirming smooth processing across systems
  • Monitor early-life performance after go-live and drive issue triage to reduce routine breaks and improve straight through processing
  • Review key performance indicators and service measures to identify recurring themes and remediation opportunities
  • Analyze weekly and monthly metrics to track client health and highlight trends and risks
  • Present progress updates and status reporting to stakeholders and provide regular management updates on day-to-day work

Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities:

  • Bring 10+ years of experience in the banking industry supporting corporate clients, including treasury-related services
  • Demonstrate knowledge of international payment rails (for example, SWIFT, CHIPS, Fedwire) and domestic payment methods (for example, ACH, GIRO, NEFT, CNAPS, BACS, SEPA) and liquidity structures (for example, sweeps, inter-company loans, notional pools)
  • Apply working understanding of sanctions screening, fraud review, billing, regulatory reporting, nostro funding, foreign exchange, and e-commerce and third-party payment flows
  • Use Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to produce clear tracking, analysis, and stakeholder materials
  • Hold a bachelor's degree in commerce or a related discipline
  • Communicate effectively in English with clients and internal stakeholders across functions
  • Exhibit strong presentation skills to support client and stakeholder meetings
  • Apply an analytical mindset to interpret metrics, produce trends, and share meaningful outcomes with stakeholders
  • Demonstrate negotiation and influencing skills to drive timely completion of deliverables across multiple teams
  • Drive ownership and accountability as an individual contributor leading deal-related discussions and ad hoc initiatives
