Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential clients via calls, WhatsApp, and emails to explain counselling services, session formats, and pricing in a clear and empathetic manner.
- Schedule counselling sessions, consultations, and webinars while ensuring timely follow-ups and smooth coordination between clients and therapists.
- Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system, track inquiries, update follow-up statuses, and ensure proper documentation of all interactions.
- Build strong client relationships through warm, professional communication and address queries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
- Support the business development team by nurturing leads, increasing engagement, and helping convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
About Company: We are a science and research-based marriage counseling center. We provide post and pre-marital counseling for individual relationship issues or couple issues.
