Role- Client Service Analyst
Location: Mumbai
Notes:
. Specific/ mandatory skills: Should have Excel knowledge and should be able to communicate in basic English.
. Experience range: Fresher is also okay.

Job role:
This position is responsible for the Inputting Inward and Outward Remittances.
. All activities related to Remittances are time bound and needs to be completed before market hours of 15:30 daily.
. Preparing sheets at 9 am informing branches about remittances to be processed for that day.
. Inputting of Inward and Outward remittance transactions in Finacle.
. Preparing Evening MIS of inward and outward remittances processed.
. Preparation of Charges file in the evening.
. SR query actioning.
. Reconciliation of Nostro account.
. Mails actioning.
