Responsibilities and Duties:

● Handle client queries, concerns, and escalations efficiently and professionally.

● Coordinate regularly with the finance and operations teams for revenue reconciliation and

reporting.

● Prepare and manage costing sheets, payout calculations, and profitability reports.

● Track invoices, payments, receivables, and partner payouts accurately and on time.

● Assist in preparing MIS reports and financial summaries for management review.

Key Requirements:

● Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools for MIS preparation and financial analysis.

● Good analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.

● Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

● Ability to handle client queries and escalations in a professional manner.

Experience:

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience
