Job Description

As a Client Retention Associate, you will work closely with the Client Retention team to help strengthen relationships with our existing clients who stopped working with the company due to any reason, improve client satisfaction, and support initiatives designed to reduce churn. You will gain hands-on experience in understanding client needs, providing excellent service, and learning about retention-focused marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing client retention strategies and initiatives.
  • Support the team in tracking and analysing client satisfaction metrics, such as surveys, feedback, and retention rates.
  • Help with preparing client reports and communications, including follow-ups and surveys.
  • Participate in client engagement efforts by organizing virtual events, sending personalized communications, or scheduling check-ins.
  • Analyse client feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, finance) to address client concerns and ensure their needs are met.
  • Provide administrative support, including updating client records, maintaining client communication logs, and tracking retention activities.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
