About the Role - As a Client Servicing Manager at Wingman Brandworks, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. You will act as a vital link between clients and our internal teams (including performence, design, social media specialists, content creators and analysts), understanding client objectives and overseeing the delivery of strategies and campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and results. You will be responsible for presenting performance insights, providing strategic recommendations, and identifying opportunities to grow client accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Clearly understand client needs, goals, and expectations for social media marketing.
  • Liaise between clients and internal social media, creative, and analytics teams to ensure successful campaign development and execution.
  • Oversee the delivery of campaigns, ensuring they align with client objectives and agency standards.
  • Present campaign performance reports, insights, and strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Proactively identify client challenges and develop solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services within existing client accounts.
  • Manage client expectations regarding timelines, deliverables, and results.
  • Stay informed about social media trends and industry best practices to effectively advise clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in client service, account management, or a client-facing role within an agency environment.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Solid understanding of social media marketing principles, platforms, and analytics to effectively discuss strategy and performance with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience managing accounts specifically within the digital marketing or social media space.
  • Experience with CRM or account management software.
  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable client recommendations.
