Job Summary: Client & Partners Manager (SPOC)

The Client & Partners Manager (Single Point of Contact - SPOC) serves as the primary liaison between the organization, its clients, and external partners. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships, ensuring seamless communication, and delivering high levels of client satisfaction. The SPOC coordinates across internal teams to ensure timely execution of projects, resolves issues efficiently, and drives collaboration to meet business objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role plays a critical part in enhancing client experience, fostering long-term partnerships, and supporting revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact (SPOC) for assigned clients and partners

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships to drive retention and satisfaction

  • Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable plans

  • Monitor project progress and proactively address risks or issues

  • Handle escalations and ensure quick resolution

  • Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports for stakeholders

  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and partnership growth

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Proven experience in client relationship or account management

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in Client Handling

  • Project management and coordination abilities

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and reporting

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
