Job Summary: Client & Partners Manager (SPOC)
The Client & Partners Manager (Single Point of Contact - SPOC) serves as the primary liaison between the organization, its clients, and external partners. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships, ensuring seamless communication, and delivering high levels of client satisfaction. The SPOC coordinates across internal teams to ensure timely execution of projects, resolves issues efficiently, and drives collaboration to meet business objectives.
