Job Description: Client Relationship Manager

  • Position Title: Client Relationship Manager
  • Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)
  • Reports To: CEO and GM

Role Overview


We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Client Relationship Manager to build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting overall business objectives through strong stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and address their needs promptly.
  • Understand client objectives and provide strategic support and solutions.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, reviews, and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Coordinate internally with operations, finance, sales, and leadership teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Monitor client feedback and proactively resolve concerns or escalations.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and account updates for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Track account performance, contract renewals, and service delivery metrics.
  • Support new client onboarding and relationship transition processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and business opportunities in CRM systems.

Compensation


  • 12 LPA
  • Consultancy Agreement so take home will be after 10% TDS
  • Probation of 2 months post which a 12 months contract will be in place and renewed every year
