Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Client Relationship Manager. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and ensuring satisfaction with the company's products and services. Daily responsibilities will include client engagement, issue resolution, handling queries, and communicating effectively to build long-term partnerships. Additionally, the role will involve collaborating with internal teams to meet client objectives, providing service updates, and identifying business opportunities for growth within existing accounts.

Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal, client engagement, and relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience in strategic planning and effective problem-solving
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and deliver results under tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Understanding of BPM services, ICT solutions, or related industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in client-facing roles is preferred
