Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager located in Lucknow. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves managing client communications, addressing concerns promptly, providing solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client objectives. The individual will also strategize to identify opportunities for client growth and ensure consistent service excellence.
