Role OverviewWe are seeking a client-focused Relationship Manager to support fintech sales operations by managing client relationships, supporting AUM growth, and working with HNI portfolios across digital and field channels.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and support HNI client relationships across fintech platforms.
- Handle and grow Assets Under Management (AUM) portfolios through structured relationship management.
- Coordinate with banks and fintech partners for lead generation and conversions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Monitor market trends and align financial solutions with client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client servicing.
Qualifications & Skills- 3–6 years of experience in banking, fintech, or wealth management.
- Experience working with HNI clients and AUM-based products.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage targets while maintaining service quality.
