Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position in Mumbai for a Client Relationship Manager. The role involves building and nurturing client relationships, addressing customer inquiries, understanding client needs, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The Client Relationship Manager will collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions, manage contracts, and ensure timely delivery of products. The role also includes following up on leads, managing client portfolios, and driving client retention and business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with customer service, client management, and problem-solving
• Proficiency in negotiation, sales, and business development
• Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple clients effectively
• Technical knowledge of industrial tools and force measuring products is an advantage
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar role in the industrial or manufacturing sector is preferred
