Client Relationship Manager and Sales Executive Fashion
On-site in Gurgaon
We at FEB o6 are looking for a dynamic and fashion-forward Client Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for fashion, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with clients while representing the brand with confidence.
This role requires someone who understands styling, client servicing, and the fast-paced environment of a fashion business.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end client communication, including order confirmations, production updates, and shipping timelines.
* Represent the brand at events, exhibitions, trunk shows, and fashion showcases, both within the city and outstation when required.
* Assist clients online/offline with styling guidance and outfit selection, helping them create looks that reflect their personal style while aligning with the brand aesthetic.
* Handle client queries across Meta platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.) in a timely and professional manner.
* Collaborate with the team on content creation, photoshoots, and brand storytelling initiatives.
* Conduct fashion and market trend research to identify opportunities that can enhance product positioning and drive sales.
* Managing client interaction and sales in the studio
Qualifications & Skills
* Experience in sales, marketing, or client servicing within the fashion or lifestyle industry.
* Knowledge of fashion styling, fashion design, and garment construction.
* Understanding of textiles, fabrics, and craftsmanship.
* Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Awareness of current fashion trends and consumer preferences.
* A proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple client interactions efficiently.
