Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Client Relationship Manager to join our growing team. The role involves managing key client relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely delivery of creative and marketing solutions that align with client goals and brand vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
- Understand client needs and objectives to effectively brief the creative, design, and digital teams.
- Coordinate and follow up with internal departments to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage timelines, track deliverables, and ensure all client communications are handled promptly.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and performance reports as required.
- Address client feedback proactively and work with the team to achieve the best outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for account growth through upselling and cross-selling relevant services.
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention through consistent quality and communication.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a similar role preferably within an advertising, branding, or digital agency.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Creative thinker with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
