Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Client Relationship Manager role based in Koramangala. The Client Relationship Manager will engage with prospective and existing clients, understand their housing needs, and recommend suitable properties across budget and premium segments. The role includes scheduling and conducting property visits, explaining project features, and guiding clients through the decision-making and documentation process. The individual will maintain regular follow-up with leads, update client information in internal systems, and coordinate with internal teams and property developers to ensure accurate and timely information. Responsibilities also include addressing client queries, resolving issues promptly, and contributing to sales targets while upholding a client-centric, zero-brokerage service approach.
Qualifications

  • Proven client-facing experience in real estate, sales, or a related customer service field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements, present suitable property options, and handle objections professionally.
  • Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic digital platforms for lead tracking and reporting.
  • Good knowledge of the local real estate market in and around Koramangala, or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads and property visits.
  • Ability to work on-site, including weekends or extended hours when required, based on client schedules.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Professional, ethical, and customer-oriented approach aligned with a zero-brokerage, transparent service model.
