This role is not your typical sales job it requiresemotional intelligence, spiritual sensitivity, and clean follow-through. You'll be helping people step into their healing not pushing products.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to leads across WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and referral channels
• Guide potential clients with clarity and integrity toward the right service or healing level
• Maintain proper follow-ups through CRM with warm, non-pushy energy
• Coordinate with the internal team for offers, campaign-based services, and availability
• Prepare basic reports: lead status, conversions, weekly updates
• Help during launches, events, or workshops to assist in enrolment and onboarding
• Note: Having the Emotional maturity to work in ecosystem of- Past life, Death and Soul etc,.

What We're Looking For

• Preference:Understanding of spirituality, astrology, or healing work
• 14 years of experience insales, client servicing, or lead management
• Proficient Communication(English) with International clients: voice notes, WhatsApp, and calls
• Comfortable withpremium or high-value services(not just low-ticket products)
• Can explain healing in simple, respectful language without over-promising
• Familiar with tools likeGoogle Sheets, basic CRM/Notion, WhatsApp Web
• Calm, composed, and doesn't get triggered by slow clients or no replies

Compensation & Growth

• Fixed Salary: 25,000 35,000/month (Based On Years of Experience)
