WE'RE HIRING | Client Relationship Manager
Merrygohearts Weddings is looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join our team in Bangalore.

At Merrygohearts, we create premium wedding photography and films that capture stories worth remembering. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them from their initial enquiry through booking confirmation.
Position: Client Relationship Manager
Location: Bangalore
Work mode: On-site | Full-time
Annual CTC: 4.2 LPA
Key responsibilities:
* Manage enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, Instagram and other channels.
* Understand client requirements and recommend suitable photography and film packages.
* Follow up with prospective clients and convert enquiries into bookings.
* Build strong client relationships and ensure a smooth, professional experience.
* Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for seamless handovers.
* Maintain enquiry records, track follow-ups and meet monthly booking targets.
* Assist clients with package details, pricing, availability and booking formalities.
What we're looking for:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in the wedding photography industry is mandatory.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A confident, persuasive and client-focused approach.
* Strong follow-up, negotiation and closing skills.
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Experience in sales, client servicing or relationship management within the wedding photography industry.
* A genuine interest in weddings, photography and the creative industry.
