We are looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Manager to build and manage long-term relationships with key customers across industrial sectors. The role focuses on account growth, customer engagement, and delivering value-driven digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders (Plant, IT/OT, Procurement, etc.)
- Drive account growth through cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
- Identify customer needs and propose digital transformation solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Handle customer issues, ensure satisfaction, and improve retention
- Maintain account plans, pipeline, and regular updates to management
Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech with experience in Industrial Automation / Networking / Technical Sales / Account Management
- Knowledge of Industrial Networking, OT/IT, SCADA/MES, or Manufacturing systems
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
