Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire, Manage and nurture relationships with new & existing mid/large corporate clients
  • Understand client business models, financials, and credit needs to provide structured/tailored solutions.
  • Conduct thorough credit analysis and risk assessment to support lending decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as credit and risk management
  • Monitor client accounts regularly to identify growth opportunities and address any concerns proactively.
  • Preparation of In-Principle Credit Note and Presentations for Credit Committee approvals, Understanding of Credit and to present proposal to Management for approvals
  • Monitoring on credit risk metrics and highlighting early warning signals. Follow-up with clients for covenants, post disbursal documents and internal review requirements.
  • Working closely with Credit and Collections team to monitor EWS.
  • Coordination with other departments – Operations, Legal, Compliance as a part of Business Team
  • Working with internal Legal team and External Legal Counsel on transaction documentation

Desired Candidature:

  • Education: CA / CFA / MBA Finance
  • Work Experience: 3-5 years experience in Corporate Finance, Structured Finance (NBFC / Corporate Banking / AIF) will be preferred
  • Strong proficiency in credit risk assessment, financial analysis, and leveraging market feedback/ network
