Acquire, Manage and nurture relationships with new & existing mid/large corporate clients
Understand client business models, financials, and credit needs to provide structured/tailored solutions.
Conduct thorough credit analysis and risk assessment to support lending decisions.
Collaborate with internal teams such as credit and risk management
Monitor client accounts regularly to identify growth opportunities and address any concerns proactively.
Preparation of In-Principle Credit Note and Presentations for Credit Committee approvals, Understanding of Credit and to present proposal to Management for approvals
Monitoring on credit risk metrics and highlighting early warning signals. Follow-up with clients for covenants, post disbursal documents and internal review requirements.
Working closely with Credit and Collections team to monitor EWS.
Coordination with other departments – Operations, Legal, Compliance as a part of Business Team
Working with internal Legal team and External Legal Counsel on transaction documentation
Desired Candidature:
Education: CA / CFA / MBA Finance
Work Experience: 3-5 years experience in Corporate Finance, Structured Finance (NBFC / Corporate Banking / AIF) will be preferred
Strong proficiency in credit risk assessment, financial analysis, and leveraging market feedback/ network
