Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and inquiries promptly.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to clients.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to clients, showcasing the value of our services.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in client relationship management or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle client issues with professionalism.
