Job Description

Manage client relationships through effective communication, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Handle incoming calls from clients, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely manner.
Develop strong understanding of clients needs and preferences to provide personalized solutions.
Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products or services to existing clients.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM software.
Note : The shifts would be rotational so only those candidates to apply who are willing to work in night shift as well.
