About the Role
HR Anexi is seeking a driven, results-oriented Client Relationship Manager to lead client acquisition and account management. In this sales and consulting role, you will act as a strategic partner to corporate clients particularly Family Run Businesses and SMEs helping them build dream teams through executive hiring, while addressing their talent assessment needs.
Core Responsibilities
1. Client Acquisition & Business Development (60%)
- Drive revenue growth by actively hunting for and acquiring new corporate clients across diverse industries.
- Pitch and sell HR Anexi's end-to-end Executive Search services, securing mandates for leadership and critical management hires.
- Generate leads and sell specialized HR solutions, including Psychometric Assessment tools (e.g., 15FQ+) and Employee Engagement Surveys.
- Build a robust sales pipeline by networking, attending industry events, and executing cold/warm outreach strategies to decision-makers (CHROs, Founders, and Business Heads).
2. Account Management & Client Retention (40%)
- Manage relationships with existing clients to understand their evolving human capital and strategic needs.
- Ensure 100% client satisfaction and work to expand the scope of existing contracts through cross-selling and upselling consulting solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, search brief discussions, and post-placement candidate engagement.
- Coordinate closely with the internal research, sourcing, and delivery teams to ensure successful closure of executive search mandates.
Consult with clients on the value of psychometric profiling and diagnostic studies for talent recruitment, succession planning, and leadership development.
Present data-driven insights to client leadership teams based on Employee Engagement Survey results, identifying areas for organizational improvement.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- New Client Acquisition: Achievement of monthly/quarterly targets for acquiring new logos.
- Revenue Generation: Growth in combined sales across Executive Search, Psychometric Assessments, and Survey practices.
- Client Retention: Renewal rates, upselling metrics, and account health scores for existing clients.
- Search Success: Offer-to-joining ratio and successful closure rates for executive search mandates.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Marketing.
- Experience: 5+ years of proven B2B sales/business development experience within the HR consulting, staffing, or executive search space.
- Subject Matter Familiarity: Working knowledge or prior sales experience involving Executive Search, (Retained/ Contingent) psychometric assessment instruments (e.g., 15FQ+, MBTI) and employee engagement/satisfaction surveys.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills. Ability to build rapport with C-suite executives and business owners.
- Location Advantage: Deep understanding of the Mumbai corporate/business market is highly preferred.
