Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced CRM to lead, strategize, and oversee the execution of BTL (Below the Line) marketing events and activations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end operations, client relationships, and business growth while ensuring high-quality deliverables that align with the brand's objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute innovative strategies BTL campaigns to meet client objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client portfolio by pitching and closing deals.
- Align event strategies with overall business goals and client branding requirements.
Client Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their requirements are met and expectations exceeded.
- Provide strategic guidance to clients BTL campaigns.
Operations Management
- Oversee the planning, execution, and post-event analysis of marketing events, activations, exhibitions, and campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently for all projects.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of creative, operational, and account management professionals.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Conduct regular training sessions to upgrade team skills and knowledge.
- Financial and Performance Management
- Set and achieve revenue and profitability targets for the department.
- Monitor KPIs and ROI of campaigns to optimize performance.
- Ensure cost-effectiveness in campaign execution without compromising quality.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience of 1-3 years BTL events and activations.
- Strong understanding of brand activations, experiential marketing, and integrated campaigns.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Adept at client management and building long-term relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in budgeting, financial planning, and analytics.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
Education
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
