Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager at VA WOOD'N DESIGN PRIVATE LIMITED, located in Puducherry, India.
Qualification:
- B.Arch / B.Des (Architecture or Design background)
- Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
- Experience in marketing will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Coordination & Communication
- Schedule appointments with clients for in-person meetings or online sessions (Google Meet).
- Organize client visits to the workshop, provide guided tours, and explain furniture details.
- Share catalogues, quotations, and design drawings based on client requirements.
- Maintain regular client communication through email and phone calls regarding advance payments, settlements, addresses, material procurement, and other invoice-related details.
- Assist in planning and coordinating deliveries; update clients on schedules or delays.
- Handle client interactions related to project updates, specifications, and concerns under the guidance of the Process Manager.
- Ensure client satisfaction by addressing inquiries and escalating key issues when necessary.
- Keep the client database accurate and up to date.
2. Marketing & Social Media Management
- Promote company products and services through the website and social media platforms.
- Create and publish engaging posts, photos, and updates on social media to strengthen brand presence.
3. Production & Operations Support
- Support the Process Manager in monitoring the manufacturing process to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate with design, purchase, and floor supervision teams to align tasks with production timelines.
- Track material stock levels and work with the purchase team for timely procurement.
- Serve as the point of contact for production operations in the absence of the Process Manager.
4. Team Coordination & Supervision
- Assign tasks and drawings to designers while monitoring their performance.
- Collaborate with designers to resolve project-specific challenges and improve manufacturability.
- Guide interns and designers by providing regular follow-ups and feedback.
- Work with the Purchase Manager to ensure raw materials and supplies are available on time.
- Coordinate with floor supervisors and team leads to ensure effective task execution.
- Assist in updating the catalogue and price list with designers input.
