Beyond Maids is looking for a motivated Client Relationship Manager to join our growing team.

What You'll Do

✅ Assist families in selecting the right domestic helper based on their needs.
✅ Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
✅ Follow up on inquiry and convert leads into successful placements.
✅ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth hiring process.
✅ Deliver excellent customer service from inquiry to handover.

What We're Looking For

✔ Passion for sales and customer service.
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
✔ Able to work independently and as part of a team.
✔ Sales experience is an advantage, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
