Role Title: Care Co-ordinator (Psychologist) - Outpatient Center

Are you passionate about mental health and client care Samarpan is looking for a dynamic Client Care & Admissions Specialist to be the first point of contact for our outpatient services and ensure a seamless client experience.

At Samarpan, every enquiry is not just a call - it's someone reaching out at a vulnerable moment, often unsure, anxious, or overwhelmed. We are looking for someone who can hold that space with empathy and also guide clients and families toward the care they need.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for clients and families reaching out for help
  • Understand concerns with sensitivity and clarity
  • Provide guidance on appropriate services and convert enquiries into appointments
  • Build trust through empathetic, non-judgmental communication
  • Maintain structured records and follow-ups
  • Track and improve enquiry-to-admission conversions
  • Handle payments and maintain operational efficiency
  • Support compliance, confidentiality, and best practices

What We're Looking For

  • Has impeccable communication skills
  • Brings genuine empathy and emotional intelligence
  • Is highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Can balance care + persuasion in conversations
  • Is comfortable handling sensitive mental health discussions
  • Has 1+ years of experience in client handling / admissions / counselling / healthcare / inside sales
  • (Psychology background is a plus, but not mandatory.)
