Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive who can handle queries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a smooth experience for our users. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and WhatsApp/chat platforms
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, KYC, and payouts
- Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers
- Escalate complex queries to the concerned team when required
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and support quality standards
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer support / customer service
- Strong communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Good problem-solving and listening skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools / support platforms (preferred)
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple conversations
- Customer-first attitude with patience and empathy
