Virtualyyst Tech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident, proactive, and well-organized Client Relations Executive to join our team in Mumbai.

 Location: Mumbai

What you'll be doing:

Coordinate with clients and internal teams

Assist the CEO with meetings, scheduling and follow-ups

Build and maintain client relationships

Visit client offices across Mumbai when required

Maintain reports, trackers and meeting records

Support client engagement and business development activities

Prepare presentations and business documents

What we're looking for:

Excellent verbal and written communication

Strong interpersonal and coordination skills

Confident, presentable and proactive personality

Good knowledge of MS Office & Google Workspace

Strong organizational and follow-up skills

Willingness to travel within Mumbai
